萨斯喀彻温省华人企业家协会 Chinese Enterprises Association of Saskatchewan(简称：华企会），协会成立于2019年10月份，由卢中军、陈文宁、吴志强三位萨省投资移民发起并创立，其创立初衷旨在：The Association was founded in October 2019 by Lu Zhongjun, Chen Wenning and Wu Zhiqiang, three Saskatchewan investment immigrants. Its original intention was to:

• 萨省跨地域组建多地华人企业家联合会； Saskatchewan Province has set up a multi-regional Chinese entrepreneur association;

• 为华人企业家提供信息、资金支持、生意服务等； Provide information, financial support, and business services for Chinese entrepreneurs;

• 核心基础是为企业做实事、提供资金支持，成为华人企业家在当地的商务平台和桥梁纽带。The core foundation is to do practical things for enterprises, provide financial support, and become a local business platform and bridge for Chinese entrepreneurs.

是在加拿大萨省注册的非盈利性机构，致力于团结华人企业家，整合资源，融入加拿大社区的共享平台，为华人企业家在加中两国间交流合作贡献力量。It is a non-profit organization registered in Saskatchewan, Canada. It is committed to uniting Chinese entrepreneurs, integrating resources, and integrating into the sharing platform of Canadian communities, so as to contribute to the exchange and cooperation between Chinese entrepreneurs in Canada and China.

我们的愿景与使命是在10年内成为加拿大尤其是萨斯喀彻温省内的最著名的及最高效的华人企业家协会。Our vision and mission are to become the most famous and efficient Chinese entrepreneur association in Canada, especially in Saskatchewan, within 10 years.

我们的宗旨是为会员提供服务与信息，发挥桥梁和纽带的作用，促进中加贸易、投资及政府关系的发展和企业间的交流与合作。为在萨斯喀彻温省创造经济机会方面发挥关键作用。Our purpose is to provide services and information for our members, play a role as a bridge and link, and promote the development of trade, investment, and government relations between China and Canada, as well as exchanges and cooperation between enterprises. To play a vital role in creating economic opportunities in Saskatchewan.

我们的发展战略和计划，重点是为华企会会员在萨省的以及在该地区的参与；为协会会员服务，维护投资移民、中资企业的正当权益。Our development strategy and plan focus on the participation of Chinese Enterprise Council members in Saskatchewan and the region; Serving the members of the Association and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of investment immigrants and Chinese-funded enterprises.
